Graal Petropen, located along the bustling Rod. Régis Bittencourt, is a noteworthy stop for travelers journeying between Curitiba and São Paulo. Boasting a spacious area, the restaurant presents a clean and organized atmosphere, complete with modern amenities including clean bathrooms and a charming mini Japanese garden for picturesque moments.
The buffet offers an impressive and diverse variety of dishes, reflecting quality that many reviewers have praised. Customer “Nikki H” highlighted the restaurant's stunning aesthetics but noted that the pricing can be steep, a sentiment echoed by others like “Claudia Michelle Wu Low Aurichio” and “Wellington Pracz.” Despite the elevated prices, the overall service experience is generally well-received, adding a touch of warmth to the dining experience.
While one might occasionally question the cost—51 reais for an omelet raises eyebrows—the quality of food paired with the environment makes it a tempting stop. In our fast-paced world, Graal Petropen offers a brief oasis where one can relax and gather oneself. Overall, it stands as a striking landmark and a meal stop worth considering, albeit with a willingness to pay a premium for the experience.

Review highlights
Based on 50,968 reviewsGraal Petropen is widely appreciated for its expansive and well-maintained facility, featuring clean bathrooms, a diverse food buffet, and additional amenities such as a gas station, souvenir shop, and a scenic Japanese garden. Visitors commonly note the pleasant atmosphere and quality of service, making it a favored rest stop along the Rod. Régis Bittencourt route. However, a recurring theme in customer feedback is the high pricing, which many find disproportionate to the offerings, particularly for food items. Despite this, the combination of variety, cleanliness, and convenience continues to attract travelers seeking a brief, comfortable respite during their journeys.
Very beautiful place. Good variety on the buffet. However, it is very expensive.
Its big area, clean bathroom and organized, you can find souvenirs, gasoline station and mini Japanese garden to make pictorials.
Crazy big gas station that the buses stop at between Curitiba and São Paulo. The food and stuff in here is insanely expensive but it’s at least a nice place to chill for 20-30 minutes.
Bathrooms are clean, lovely atmosphere, Very good place to stop by but the prices are way too high, for example, we spended 51 reais w/ an omelet(2eggs) ..
Impressive amount of food. Good quality though. Service is great but prices are sky high
This place is amazing And the Japanese bonsai is absolutely stunning.
Really cool, modern place where you can eat something and rest before continuing your trip. Of course prices are going to be more expensive, but they offer a great selection of food, snacks and even souvenirs.
